Ben is an entrepreneur at heart. He began his first business at the age of 15 and has started, bought, and sold several other companies since that time. During college Ben discovered his love for real estate. He graduated with a BBA in Business Real Estate from the University of North Texas, but not before buying his first rental property. After college Ben got his real estate license and quickly became the top salesman at ERA Cornerstone and has been recognized nationally as a top producer. Ben attributes his success to building lasting relationships with his clients and delivering service that exceeds expectations. In 2010, Ben obtained his brokers license. Shortly after, Ben and his wife Kristen had the good fortune to partner with David & Alberta Caswell and became co-owners of ERA Cornerstone. As the managing broker, Ben leads a team of 30 top notch realtors. Ben will tell you that one of the team’s goals is to be the most productive office per agent in DFW. Growing at an extraordinary pace for the last several years, ERA Cornerstone is well on its way to accomplishing that goal. When not working, Ben can be found spending time with Kristen, his wife of 11 years, and their four children. We do pretty much everything together as a family, says Ben. We are active in our church and community, but we also love to travel, especially to beach destinations. The family also loves outdoor activities such as basketball, biking, fishing, and skiing.

Andrew Clark grew up in Utah frequenting many of the iconic National Parks and spent a lot of time camping and boating on the lakes these Parks offer. After moving to Texas with his wife, he has continued his love of lakes and enjoys spending time with his family wake-surfing behind a boat or barbecuing on the shore. Growing up by a beach in Virginia, Brenda Debus understands the pull to waterfront living.  In one day, a person can experience the excitement of racing a boat, manning the sails, or jet skiing alongside a friend; and in that same day, experience the serenity and soothing qualities that a still body of water can offer.

Brenda Debus brings to the table a background with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.  This allows her to understand the intricacies of behavior and the needs and wants of an individual, and to understand the emotional impact that buying and selling can have on people and their families.  She walks her buyers and sellers through every step of the home-buying process, and is extremely  knowledgeable in contract negotiations. She has been licensed since 2011 and obtained her broker’s license in 2016. One of the top producers in her office, she has consistently proven that hard work and attention to detail have been the key to a successful career.

In her spare time, Brenda loves to work out with Camp Gladiator, volunteer with patients at an assisted living facility in town, and spending as much time as possible with her husband of 21 years and two teenagers—out on the lake!

After spending many successful years in the field of education, Tami and Steve turned their interests toward the Real Estate profession. This was an easy transition for them since they also had many years of experience in real estate investment and property management.

Tami and Steve are quite busy with their four children and five grandchildren.  They love to go to the mountains and hike, run, and explore mountain trails, along with occasionally participating in marathon and half marathon runs. They both agree that the toughest physical challenge they have faced was when they decided to hike the Grand Canyon from Rim to Rim, which took 14 hours.

Tami and Steve both hold a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas and have always enjoyed meeting new people.  They are passionate about helping others reach their goals and plan to bring this passion into this wonderful profession.

Growing up in North Texas, Alex has thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family at the surrounding North Texas Lakes. As a Baylor graduate, he focuses on serving the community and people that resides within. With a corporate, Fortune 250, background, Alex brings knowledge and the experience to utilize current technology and market research to bring you the fastest and most reliable information.

In his spare time, Alex dedicates his time to non-profit organizations, residing on the Board of Directors for Serve Denton, Board of Directors for North Central Texas College Foundation, and Board of Directors for Denton Young Professionals.

Scott Wallace is a native Texan who grew up just outside of Dallas in the community of Terrell.  No stranger to the outdoors, Scott was raised on Ranch-living values that molded him into a hard worker and a Patriot.  After High School, he answered the call to serve this country by joining the Texas Army National Guard.  Following the 9/11 attacks, he was deployed to Dyess AFB in Abilene and would go on to Kosovo for a 1 year tour.

Darrell is married to his wife Tiffany, who is a teacher in Denton County and has two beautiful daughters, Rylie and Macee. I am originally from Valley View, Texas and have lived in North Texas my entire life. I graduated from University of North Texas in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Finance Degree. I took my bachelor’s degree and began a career in the oil and gas industry for 15 years. At the need of 2017, I needed a change of pace because my comfortable 8-5 job was leaving me feeling like I needed more…more connection…more flexibility…more happiness.

When I am not doing real estate, I am active with my husband Travis and our three wonderful children, Avery, Ayla, and Maddox. We are an outdoors family and can typically be found near just about any body of water. I am a small town country girl, and my husband and I feel it’s important for our kids to appreciate nature, play in the dirt, and learn entertainment can come from places other than electronics.

My customers quickly transition from clients to friendships…that go well beyond closing. I love that I am finally in a career that challenges me with its unpredictability. There are always new people to meet, new houses to show, and new homes to sell. I love being able to help my clients with any uneasiness that comes with buying/selling…from staging their house for a sell to finding their new dream home, making them happy is (and always will be) my goal.
